ICT HELPDESK

We are now looking for a motivated ICT Helpdesk Operator to work as part of the international organisation of European Chemical Agency ECHA in Helsinki.

The tasks include:

- Receiving calls and resolving incidents as the 1st line support in Microsoft Windows and Office environment
- Installation of workstations, printers, telephones and other peripherals
- Logistics of ICT related activities
- Performing the annual inventory of ICT assets
- Assisting in any other ICT activities as needed

We appreciate:

-Experience of support tasks
-Knowledge of MS Windows operating systems and MS Office Apllications
-Experience in configuring workstations and peripherals
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work under tight schedules
-Good organisational skills and common sense
