Cleaning Lady

Hi,
I'm looking for a cleaning lady/man who would be willing to help me for housework around 2/3 days a week starting As soon As possible
The place to clean is about 60 m2 and is located in the downtown on Helsinki - A lot of buses/tram connections.

The payment can be decided after discussing on the persons preferences (per hour or a per task payment).
As i do not speak Finnish well enough yet I'd rather a Fluent English or French speaking person.
Time and days are flexible and I will provide all the cleaning material needed

I am able to work as much as u want. I have experiences from my work in czech, where i was cleaning lady in private company in capital city. Also i am a woman so naturally I know how to clean well. I find that comment quite odd.

Most women would scowl in disgust if a man placed an advert for a cleaner, and asked specifically for a woman, because "naturally they know how to clean well".

Yet you think it's ok to advertise that fact as a quality

Hi,

I am a 20 year old girl from the UK and I am very interested in the job position if it is still available. I have had experience as a Customer Service Assistant in Scotland, where one of my responsibilities was to prepare the accommodation for the client. This included cleaning the house, of four bedrooms and bathrooms and changing all the bed linen in a set amount of time.

I am a very hard and diligent worker who takes initiative in the workplace. I believe I am the perfect candidate for this job as I am not studying and so would be available immediately for work and don't have any prior commitments to interfere with schedules.

I have noticed the position of Cleaning Lady and hope its not filling yet...
Im living alone woman slightly over 35... Im divorced and have
one daughter 20 y.o. separate lives and works in Helsinki. This way I
havn’t any family problems.
Im healthy with very good physical condition (170cm, 67 kg),athletic
and full of energy, positive and open, active and good looking. I’m
non-smoking person and haven’t any more bad habits.

Have driving license B (with everyday experience since 1993) and own
car.

As for job I have a huge experience of house- and officies- keeping (in
Finland, Spain and Russia), looking after pets and home animals and
babysitting. What about different kinds of job – im ready to work and
not afraid of job!!
Also I 've got a great social experience and training works in team as
well as to do my job independently.

I'm sociable friendly & have good interpersonal skills. Working hours
suitable for me are any up to you! It doesn’t matter morning or evening
shift and Im ready to work on Wee too.

My languages skills:
Finnish language -basic ( which is improving every day)
English language – fluent -)
Russian language – mother tongue
