Hmm - tricky.

Could be difficult to find, universities mainly only offer Master's level options in English. Check out the http://www.universityadmissions.fi site & the database... and contact the departments of Maths if necessary... in Helsinki that would be http://mathstat.helsinki.fi/english/index.html
