Fine Publishing Helsinki Ltd (est. 2005) is a Finnish publishing house, which specialises in magazines and books on fine and rare wines, and wine art. The magazine titles are published in four languages and distributed to over 50 countries.

We are now hiring for our office in Keilasatama, Espoo an

EDITORIAL AND DIGITAL COORDINATOR

The Editorial and Digital Coordinator’s tasks will be varied and will include working with team members and clients on the editorial, technology and sales sides of operations. The main responsibilities will include proofreading and editing all English articles for the magazines, assisting the editors with editorial research and bookings, managing the digital magazines, website maintenance, and assisting other staff members on diverse projects. This is an exciting position within a small team that provides many opportunities for self-development.

With growing international operations, we are looking for a motivated person with the following skills:

- Fluency in English and advanced knowledge of the English language. Previous studies or professional experience with proofreading or copy editing will be highly regarded.
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Well developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility, attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Experience working with MS Office, while familiarity with Macs is a plus
