You have to research first about the project and the Title of project, you should have a clear background of your topic. then find out what is your target group and beneficiaries e.g. for example age limitation from 60yrs and over, with or without families citizenship and blah blah blah. then your objectives and aims, implementation strategy, schedule of work....then project flow that is, then the funding plans, which its really important, who is going to fund your project. Risk analysis......of course they are some risk that you will incur during your project, for example the donors deciding not fund the project, or illness and blahaaaaaaaaaaaa. et.c..... am i speaking English? hopeful you've got a clue
