Is there a chance to rent a baby weighter in Helsinki?? Or any shop to buy?

Im sorry I dont know what you mean by "weighter". Do you mean weighing scales? Baby carrier like a sling? Pushchair?

All of the neuvola in every center have a scale available to weigh babies if you are worried about weight and growth. They don't ask if you go to that particular neuvola or not - you're allowed to use them.
