My name is Irving and I would like to meet French language speakers in Espoo. I been studying French for a long time but since I been living in Finland for a while it has gotten rusty and would like to practice more and of course make friends. Let me know if there are any practice groups in Espoo or would like to create one.

You can always try on our forum Salut Finlande, someone might be interested in helping you in French, in return of a little help in English or just some time for an activity you may propose here.
If you are "brave enough" you could join us to our Soirées tarot, held every Friday since 2004. Every week we are between 10 and 20 people gathering in some bar. There we speak French, the pace may be quite fast as it's colloquial French and not a language course. But there are sometimes Finns or other non-native French speaking joining, some of them try to catch up and they manage very well.
If you feel shy about this you could first propose on the forum for a meeting in smaller group, there are some people in Espoo too.
