Oulu, Spanish-Austrian Family, playgroup

Hi,

We are a young Austrian-Spanish family (kids aged 2.8 years and 8 months) moving to Oulu in the following months and we would love to meet other families with small kids in Oulu who speak German and/or Spanish so that we could meet weekly to play and practice our languages with our kids.

If you are not German-Spanish speaker yourself but know of someone, please, do not hesitate to put us into touch!

The more the merrier, specially in Winter!

Hi! Hola?

dont know if you are the spanish or german speaker ;-) I am from Argentina and my husband from germany, we have a 29 month old son and of course we speak german/ spanish at home. But we live 50km from helsinki! unfortunatelly, because it would have been ideal to meet ! but please do contact me if you are in the area so we can still meet even if not so often.

Saludos de Rajamaki

Hi! We live in the north but are sometimes in Oulu to visit friends. Our little girl is 2 and a half and speaks German and English. There is an international playgroup, I think it's attached to the University. I'm not very clued up as didn't have children when we lived there. It might also be worth contacting the international school in Oulu, they might have some ideas and certainly there'll be families with Spanish and German speakers. It would be nice to be in touch as we don't know any other German speakers. Best wishes,
Sally
