In Finnish language is not a problem, I think I've seen something
in the työnväenopisto program.

For instance in Espoo if you check the guide here
http://www.espoo.fi/binary.asp?path=1;2 ... Attachment
at page 125 there are a few courses mentioned for leivonta(=baking).
Note: it may be late for subscription to fall/winter courses.

The Martat also organize some classes. They also do a introduction to Finnish foods in English.

Finnish cake and bakery so interesting and very good , I like so much , thats why I would like to try to make it by myself.
If just buy book....., its not so clear.....because sometime abit confuse with the ingredients and the process.

I think the basis for most cakes are other sweet baked products, are quite similar to ones found elsewhere. Sponge cake, shortbread, flaky pastry,... Birthday and other celebration cakes usually have berries, jam and/or fruit between the layers, whipped cream on top and sides, possibly also between the layers, and fruit/berries on top. Of course there are as many variations as there are makers.
Right away I can't think of anything that would be especially traditional or specific to Finland. A common one during the summer is some form of strawberry layer cake. There are a few blogs around that have a ton of recipes, some even with detailed instructions, e.g. http://www.kinuskikissa.fi .
