Quoting myself:

Maahanmuuttajista noin 40 prosenttia on työttöminä.....
Työnhakijoina oli syyskuussa 35 600 maahanmuuttajaa. Heistä työttömiä oli 15 950.
So translated this means that in Pohjois-Karjala about 40 % of foreigners are unemployed. But now for the interesting bit: in September 35 600 foreigners were looking for a job. Of those 35 600 only 15 950 are called unemployed.
Now if you think about the maths: if 40 % of foreigners are unemployed, and that 40 % equals to 15 950, then that means that in total there are only 39 875 (15950/0,40) foreigners (in these statistics). And of those 39 875 there's 35 600 looking for jobs. Thus only 4275 are registered as truly employed. That's an employment rate of about 11%.

(I know I don't have all the numbers here, but with the numbers given in the article this is the result.)

'Chavs' are from England, in Scotland they have 'gadges' and 'neds'. Dickheads are, however, in no way exclusive to any particular country.

Well we don't worship dickheads - OK the blondie that dragged them here did find comfort in his rod and staff, but that part doesn't impress the employers. For that you need to be able to speak to them. Or then have some other talent thats desirable.

You, sir, are a twat. That was the worst puncuated paragraph I have ever read. There are two commas missing, one full stop too many and one sentence that starts with a conjunctive. Not bad for an ignorant illiterate chav, eh?

You should be able to write the same in Finnish before you start twatting - you need to impress the Finns (your future employer) - I don't have to impress you.

Still. Not knowing Finnish doesn't put anyone in the "ignorant" box. I also wonder what makes one be at a high level on the "value chain"..

Dunno... Ph.D. in mite warts? That is if your food chain is into biology. Usually any talent/experience that isn't available locally or is in high demand. Or then a job low in the food chain that the locals ask for too much money the employer doesn't want to pay - but can get 3-4 people working for the salary who think its a good deal.

Having no feet doesn't put you in the "run fast" box either.

Mind you elaborating what you say here. Who and when?

I am still missing the part that we should pay our 'debt' to Africa and we will probably get a Nigerian bankaccount to transfer this sum

Bull and you know it. : )
While having legs is the only condition to be categorized as a "run fast" person and put in a box that stands
only for running fast, not knowing Finnish doesn't put you in the "ignorant" box for it'd mean that the box stands
only for the Finnish knowledge, not any other kind of knowledge.
