At the moment a process is under way to cluster medical facilities (in the sparsely populated countryside) in fewer locations.
This probably will lead to a surplus of doctors.
It already is difficult to find a job without good knowledge of the language (even for intern ships), but this will make it extra hard.

Freedom of movement gives you right to enter and stay in Finland, provided your family has a job or can otherwise support themselves. It does not give you a free pass from qualification rules for medical professionals or mandate people to hire you if they think your language skills are not up to the job.celt2222 wrote:according to eu freedom of movement for citizens and spouse i have confirmed no member country can deny a place bcos of my degree is outside eu,

Qualification procedures for professionals and students with studies in our outside EU can be seen from the link supplied above.

Re: Internship for medical graduates, please help !!!!
I do not want to discourage you. But I use to have a few friends who was working in Biomedicum and other medical related work. Some of them left to US or their home country already. However, while staying in Finland, they all end up in research positions, none of them got real position in hospital. Some of them have both MD and PhD. The language skill is one of the most commom problem. Then there might be few positions left for people who can manage comparely coversation in Finnish, but, well, normally it is not very good any more.
But it does not mean there is no chance. In fact, if you visit Meilahti, you can see a lot of doctores from Iran, Kosovo, even more from Russian and Estonia together with elsewhere. So, be tuned and keep trying

You see non-natives practicing in health centers even deep in the provinces, typically during their compulsory EU qualification period (it doesn’t need to be any big city, much less the capital area), but language skills are a must – how else could you manage with e.g. old people describing their ailments in a thick dialect?

As pointed out you are an idiot, now get grip on realities and rethink what you say.celt2222 wrote:according to eu freedom of movement for citizens and spouse i have confirmed no member country can deny a place bcos of my degree is outside eu,

When you yourself show an unrealistic attitude, you can expect a blunt response.they need to change their attitude ,,,
"I want..." and "my rights...." are not very stimulating statements for a helpful response.
Certainly if it seems that you didn't do a lot of searching yourself.
