-kin suffix drove me crazy!

Hello everyone,

Nice to meet you all, I have been a follower of this site quite a time, and enjoyed a lot that I decided to get over my laziness to register to say hello

I am a Vietnamese student trying my best to learn Finnish. I am now facing a problem with the -kin suffix . I have seen them many times in the articles I have read so far, and in some cases I cannot understand. For example, here is the sentence that I stuck recently

Mökilläkin ympärillä on luonto, joka on aikoja sitten ilmoittanut, että ruukkukukat riittävät hyvin.

Through some sources, I have learnt that -kin suffix can be used to emphasize, or carry the meaning as ¨too, also, as well¨... However I have mostly seen it attaching to a verb, or pronoun. Could you tell me if there is any other uses? Can it be just attached to any noun we would like to?

Basically yes, if that "too, also, as well" meaning is sensible in the sentence.

I can imagine several contexts where that sentence makes sense. Something about how people (or the writer?) relate to nature and plants in the city, which is then compared to the situation at their cottage (at the cottage, too, ...). (Just fix ilmoitaanut ilmoittanut.)

The writer was talking about herself to have green thumb and so on, so can I understand the suffix here she meant ¨at the cottage as well...¨?
And my spelling mistake, my bad, sorry for that. There are also some words I could not find in dictionary:

Yeah, except wiktionary doesn't provide the other meaning of the word, to become very enthusiastic about something, which is what's used in the sentence.

A straightforwardish translation of the sentence would be "The wheelbarrows(?) of garden nuts have huge sacks in them..." or something similar.
