My opinion about your situation for application RP was very weak!!!!! The first reason because both of you from refugee. Its mean the country will cover all your expenses.
So if migri deneid your RP application, they had have some reasons on it. Also the background of you applying assylum might be consideration for them.

The only one that you should try just to use the lawyer to handle your case as soon as possible. Normally Migri give ONE MONTH for applicant to accept or not, or to bring that case to the court.
Cause your wife refugee, i assume no income except the goverment support so she can find free lawyer to help her, the office just beside the court . I forgot the name in finnish language... , i will write back if i find the link. Or maybe another reader can give the link.

But dont hope much from free cost of lawyer. My friend has experience with free cost of lawyer that handle her divorced. She was very dissapointed and regret to use them . Something like just formality. No help. Even for speak to explain her situation, she cant.

Also she can contact like monica ry, association for women...if she lives in Helsinki. She can discuss and ask suggestion at there. Maybe somebody there can help her.

your status was deported from Finland, make your RP application so weak also . For this case , I think at least during 3 or 5 years you cant enter this country and after that you can free to apply again. Even you already married. Marriage should be very strong reason to apply RP base on family tie. As written in intern. human right law , a marriage couple should be live together. But your situation with deported status, I think made your RP application in negative result.

My opinion, even you use lawyer, its hard the possibility to win the case. Thats just my own opinion.

I'm struggling to understand what your question is, your English skills are very weak that it's difficult to conceive you would use it to communicate with your wife. Having a failed asylum application is probably further evidence that this could be a marriage of convenience. You were denied marriage in Finland for a reason and yet you decided to go around that and marry in Kosovo so it can be easily shown that if it was true love then your wife can move to Kosovo with you. You need to show more evidence that your relationship is genuine.

I mean, her wife as sponsor for her husband can get a free lawyer to bring her husband case to the court.
If she already has RP in Finlnad , she can get free lawyer.

Her wife is sponsor for her huband to come to Finland.
You can see at form PK1_PLUS (form for RP applicatioan the spouse of foreigner resident in Finland).
but her status isn't permanent resident yet, so as sponsor seems like is weak also.

You first applied for asylum on grounds that were found weak migri and appeal court(s) (What is you ethnicity? If you are Albanian, you have your state now)

On that background your relationship is bound to look suspicious (Marriage of convenience) and just another excuse to get a residence permit.

Finally those having a residence permit on humanitarian grounds DO currently need to be able to support their husband or wife if they got married only after the residence permit holder arrived in Finland.

I did understand what you meant.
But I very much doubt if you're correct. A sponsored lawyer is if you have a problem and you need to go to court for it. (either you're summoned or you appeal). And cannot pay by yourself. Being the sponsor of someone with a problem still means that you don't need the lawyer yourself.
Since the OP lives abroad, he has no right to tap in the Finnish pro bono system.
