So here is someone who staying in Finland more than 3 months without register in the police office,
the reason is no border in EU countries.
The question is,
how about a EU citizen never lived in EU countries before, but parents have EU citizenship, so the EU citizen has a EU passport and one day landed on Finland, the border should have the entry record, so what will happen?
Interesting EU citizen in Finland?

Well, you are supposed to. What will happen? Nothing. If nothing happens. If something happens, well, tourist, no insurance, they will have some challenge where to send the bill maybe.
