1. what will happened during 14 to 24 sep period . is it legal to stay here without residence permit. and if i will go to 24 sep to police station will they accept my application or not.
2. can i go to police station before the rp expiring date for extending rsidence permit without appointment. If yes , how.
3. my husband is doing job now in tampere but i am living in espoo with my baby, can i go without my husband to police station. i have all documents of my husband salary slip, contract and passport etc. Will they accept my application.

They do indicate it would be mandatory to make appointment if you are going to the Espoo main police station (as I understand you should): http://www.poliisi.fi/poliisi/lansi-uus ... endocument
I'd give them a call and ask for advice, especially if you can't make an appointment in time.
Whether or not you'd be here illegally depends if persons of your nationality are allowed to stay as a tourist for 90 days without a visa, but even in the best case you'd interrupt your residence period, which would be a problem if you'd ever want to apply for permanent permit or citizenship. Basically you would not be applying for extension any more but a new "first" permit.

It seems it's been mandatory since 2.5.2012. Did not know that, thanks.Rip wrote:They do indicate it would be mandatory to make appointment if you are going to the Espoo main police station (as I understand you should)
