Sometimes it amuses me when I hear statistics like 90% assylum seekers from X country were physically beaten in their country. X number of female assylum seekers were raped in their home country.......I think it's enlightening to hear about real-life experiences of a would-be immigrant.
Are people really so stupid that they believe that the person is telling the truth? They would create any story to help their cause of staying in Finland. When you see stories of assylum seekers it seems their country is a hell and there is no way to spend a single day there. But paradoxically what first thing these assylum seekers do is, visit their home country as soon as they become eligible to do so, and go there regularly afterwards and for months. Even the ones who have all the families (wife+children) here. I would not give any credibilty to the story of any assylum seeker or would be assylum seeker. A vast majority of them is here just because of economic reasons, nothing else.
There are genuine assylum seekers as well but in most of the cases the ones who reach here would never get the assylum if they tell their true life story.
