I suppose you are bringing your own old car with you?
http://www.tulli.fi/en/finnish_customs/ ... /index.jsp => No. 8, Importation of Personal and Household Effects and Private Motor Vehicles as Removal Goods into Finland
You have to have an Euro CoC (A certificate that the car fulfills EU rules). Getting one from Latvia might be easier/cheaper than the dealer in Finland.
And then you go to Katsastus and get the car import-inspected where they go through everything with a fine comb.

Thank you very much for your answer, but honestly i didn't undestand all.
If i correctly understood,
1) Tax is calculated from FI registered same car.
But which tax (added value?) and how many % are this tax?
What are the other costs?
Maybe you could help me to find out very approx costs for 1st registration for my car?
It is Subaru impreza 2007' 2.0 turbo (250hp)
Thank you a lot.
