Online application for dissolution of Ay?

It's probably slipping past me somewhere. I know there must be an online application for the dissolution of a Finnish Ay (partnership). Can anyone hellp?

Also wondering if it's possible to shift from an Ay to a Tmi? Anyone done that?

Thanks, Upphew. I had found the Y5 info but wondered if it could be done online. I guess they really do need the signature on paper.
So, if I read the quote you gave correctly, one of us signs off from the Ay, the other can keep the company as an open venture and then after a year, it automatically becomes a Tmi.

On the other hand, AY should have words avoin yhtiö in the company name and I would think that Tmi can't have words avoin yhtiö, so IMHO it can't happen automagically.
