Hi,
After hopeless in finding the job, at last decided to open finnish-desi restaurant, some body guide me about it,
how much cost needed and from where i can get loan?
which place is suitable and how can i get it?

His reply was crystal clear. The reliable source for a loan would be a bank, unless you are up for a deal with those laina heti type individuals/company.
10,000 and restaurant in Helsinki? hardly.

I agree on feasibility of the restaurant idea, but the user you're answering is obviously some sort of collective (has been in Finland for several years/is just moving here/is under 18/sells kiddy bike), although one that also uses more than one related user IDs. So I have no idea if the person wanting run a restaurant has a sick sister or not.

Go to talk with employment office, they can point you to course where you learn what is needed to be entrepreneur in finland and help with making business plan.
You dont seem to have any plan or realistic idea about how much money is needed so you do need that. Did you know that you may need up to 10 different permissions depending what you sell?
Also if you plan to use restaurant as way to get extension on your residence permit then you have to show that you actually make enough money to support yourself from it. Also if you think about hiring your sister you have to prove there is no one in EU who could do that job and good luck with that....
