Upgrading HOAS internet connection speed

Hi,

I read about HOAS internet connection of my apartment which I rented that it's only 2 mb/s.
I'd like to know how much should I pay each month to change it to 10 or 100 mb/s.

from 1 Mbit/s to 10 Mbit/s 10,06 € / month
from 1 Mbit/s to 100 Mbit/s 20,22 € / month

from 2 Mbit/s to 10 Mbit/s 10,06 € / month
from 2 Mbit/s to 100 Mbit/s 20,22 € / month

from 10 Mbit/s to 100 Mbit/s 10,06 € / month

Doesn't work that way. They're only looking at the base speed for your apartment.
