Appeal on resident permit for study

Pls help I was given appeal on my resident permit because of an error on my West Africa Examination Council(WAEC). Although I used affidavit to back it up which I never knew its not allowed so during the process on rejoinder I went to submit the certificate to the board of WAEC for amendment. The body WAEC had to issue out an amendment letter to helsinki court of appeal on behave of me that they are processing the amendment on my certificate and now my appeal is now 11months with the court of appeal and WAEC itself are still processing the certificate too for ova 11months too. I want to know how long appeal takes and my chances with the appeal

The appeal is to investigate if THEY made an error. However, YOU submitted the wrong documentation - therefore - what is the grounds for the appeal? There was nothing wrong in the decision, was there? Once you have the correct documentation, you can submit a new application.

What I need now is for waec to reprint my new certificate so that I can send it to the court dat the certificate has been amended with my correct date of birth (D.O.B) on it.

The ground for the appeal is that the age I ve on all my document is same while the one on my waec certificate is nt correct so I use affivadit to back it up here in my country neva knew its not allow abroad. So now they are saying waec is right and I need to confuse dem thats why I went to submit the certificate for amendment and it take months for waec to process the new certificate and put my real age on my birth certificate and all my documents

See now the difference is, in countries like Finland the documentation issued by an official can be trusted to be correct - they can not comprehend an official making a mistake.

Am hapi West African Examination council (waec) had amended the certificate and have printed out a new one for me. Now have sent it out to the court but now I dnt no how long the court will take to process it coz now my appeal is 8month with the appeal court. And I would lyk to resume at school at the spring classes.

A possible outcome is that the court of appeal decides that Migri has to do the process again, now with the correct information. (most likely)
I wouldn't count on the spring classes.

Plz I dnt understand u dat I shudnt enrol for the spring classes or wat. Because ve already sent to school for the spring classes.

My little brother, at age 11, wrote better english than that. Please.... Just try to show us who pay your possible education that you aren't retarted. I underlined words what aren't english/typos/etc. This is not SMS communication or other with your friends but you are asking serious questions.

My appeal is a year plus now and have not heard anytin from the court neither from the immigration how many months does the appeal take. Now have submitted the new waec certificate dat was given to me by waec to the court of appeal and no response yet from the court. Plz who knows how many yrs it takes for the appeal to be answered.

And after all that waiting time you might just need to re apply with current documents anyway, making sure you don't submit conflicting documents.

If you were given the chance to re-apply before being given the chance appeal , maybe re applying was better.
