mOI MOI!
I recently applied for my residence permit based on my family ties and now I am in Finland waiting for my residence permit response, What I am wondering about is that in my home country I used to work for an NGO but you don't get paid, it's a voluntary work. It seems to be that there is a branch of the organization that I work for in Finland as well and they said they could need my help?
anyone knows if I could work for them while waiting for my residence permit? is that okay? knowing that It's non profit and not paid and I am already a member of the organization but will be just helping them here as well.

Then you'd just be volunteering.... Not getting paid.... I would assume then you don't even need to mention it to immigration if it's just volunteer work without pay.
