I’m 27 years old and I have master degree in architecture field. I want to know if I come to Finland and study master again, and finish my education in there, can I get job as architect, even I will learn finish language?
What’s your advice about PhD program? Note: I have five papers that accepted in various journals.

Yes, it might even be possible with your foreign degree (if it is acknowledged here).
But your chances to find a job, that's something different.
