WHAT IS THE BENEFIT FOR IMMIGRATION,COURT TIME WASTED

ladies and gentle men,can any one tell me if there is any relevant or benefit during the time immigration,admin.court and sup.court took before resident permit was issued because when i want to extend my permit they always wanna know when i enter the country. when i came i apply immediately they refuse and later i won the case but they refuse to back date it, i am talking about years now. so those time they fail to make the right decision i.e immigration n administrative court, whose or how will they make up for that,in other words is it way or system to delay,frustrate,discourage immigrant from finland or from becoming finnish citizen well i hope not but if it is, i mean they should grow up developed world has gone past this. 1- If you need benefits, you probably don't qualify for a residence permit.
2- Residency for foreigners is a privilege, not a right.
3- During the application process you're not a resident and have no rights as such.
4- By law residency is granted when a positive decision is made, not when the application is filled.
5- If it took all the way to the supreme court to get a positive decision, it indicates that your situation probably is only marginal within the acceptance limits. Small changes in your situation might put you on the wrong side of the fence again.

Off course if you think the decisions of Migri and the administrative court caused you damages, you can try to sue them. But beware; spending money on living or not getting benefits are not damages. And neither are the costs of a lawyer.

I loled when I read this thread.
I don't think Finland was dying to have you. You, on the other hand....

But you should be glad to be here. Now show what you got to contribute before going after benefits without putting a single time in piggy bank. Then you will earn a right to complain as well.
