Hi all
I read the "Use of Announcements Forum" rules, and since this is not really a commercial post (it's a charity event) I think it's ok. Also, I clicked on the "Support" link for announcements, this sent me to a page that didn't exist.
I will move from Belgium to Vaasa soon, and I came here to post about the following:
If you're free this Friday (24/01), I would like to point you to a charity cultural event that is being held in Vaasa. It will be held at the Mira House and is organized by Vietnamese students. The goal is to raise money to help children in the Northern Vietnamese province to get through the cold winter.
There will be games, dancing, performances and delicious food, all included in the entrance price.
You can check out the facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/warmfeetwasa
or the Couch Surfing event if you are on CS: https://www.couchsurfing.org/n/events/t ... am-finland
Let's have a warm heart for a cold winter!
I know it's a bit short notice. But every extra ticket sold is more help for the kids. And yes, I experienced it myself, it DOES get cold in some places in Vietnam!
