What agencies or offices/addresses in Helsinki issue the following documents?

- Accountant’s certificate of wages paid
- Certificate on employment pension insurance contributions paid
- Working hours documentation
- Tax certificate on withholding tax deducted and paid

- Certificate on employment pension insurance contributions paid>> you salary slip should menton the pension providers name , get in contact with them and give them your PID number, they can email a doc to you.

An accountant won't offer you anything unless its your own accounts.

Everything the OP is asking is for a residence permit, and the employer apparently is not properly "in the computer" (a fresh startup) so all this information normally available from a query to the tax office system is not there. Or then the enployer is dodgy and hasn't filed the proper filings.

In any case, all this data is, as you said, in the legally obligated payslip and the company HR to provide. Not the person.
