Visa is for visiting, so you'd have to leave after three months. If you intend to move, start again. Good starting point: www.migri.fi

You are right sir but the finnish embassy have a conditions the need an invitation letter to accept my tourist visa

You start by understanding this: visa is for visiting, residence permit is for residing. Live in Finland = residing in Finland. You come here with tourist visa and apply for RP, that RP will be denied. Why? Because you apply for your first RP in your country of origin.

If you want to move here, you need a reason. Job, study, family being the usual suspects. When you have reason, you apply for Residence Permit (as visa is for visiting). See the migri.fi link.

The situation in Iraq is no reason for immigration to grant you a residence permit.
And with the threads coming from groups in that area, my guess is that immigration will be very critical on applicants who don't fit 100% the conditions for a RP.
