Citizenship application processing (submitted April 2014)!

I've submitted my application for citizenship online in the beginning of April 2014 and it shows "being processed" since then but, it is still in the same status! The queue for the applications says "the processing of the applications submitted in June 2014 will be started in November". I am wondering while my application is (should be!) accurate because I have submitted all required documents why the decision is not being made or if they need further documents they do not ask?!

Has anyone applied in April and not yet received the decision? Or any ideas?

You have 500 apple pies which are numbered. Why you don't eat pie number 497 first? You have been instructed to eat them in order.

I don't understand the order here! April is two numbers before June
