Plantegan (spelling?) is a gardening store. They'll have it there too.

Root vegetables, herbs, chilis, tomatoes,... there are various types of special soils for different (kinds of) plants, some are fine with "generic" growing soil, others are not. You could just ask the salesperson (in a specialist store or a store segment in a supermarket, where the people actually know what they're talking about) and specify what exactly you are planning to grow, and get also the correct fertilizers and growing instructions while you're at it (I don't know anything about the subject, just did a quick Internet search).

"Multa" is the word to ask/look for.

This one works great on a balcony or in a greenhouse.
But it's a bit late to start growing tomatoes this year....!

Depends on if you use growing lights and grow them inside
