Hello,

Does Poliisi accept job contracts with recruitment agencies (StaffPoint, Barona, Seure etc.) while renewing residence permit?

In other words, If I have a job contract with StaffPoint and if it fulfills income requirement, do they grant renewed RP?

I have to apply for four year RP.

Any experiences of similar case?

The situation is evaluated case by case. The decision is not only in the police's hands; another, partial, decision comes from the work office depending on the work market studies. In other words, asking for "experiences of similar case" is pointless because what was applicable last year might not be applicable this year.

There's nothing categorically wrong with those companies. However, as adnan check the labor market need test depends on what field you work in.

Is it "minimum 0 hours per month" contract or not?

Anyway, such companies provides both top specialists with salary >=5000 euro per month (and a lot >=3300 euro per month) and at the same time - someone with salary 9 euro per hour, 2-3 hours per week.

If it is a 0-hour contract, there is no reason for you to be in the country unless they ask you in for work...
