i am working as service engineer in india looking for job in finland is there any chance for such job in finland

This hardly is the venue to ask...

Try I don't know, Phillips, GE-Health, Varian Medical Systems (they have field service people albeit for clinacs).... That said finding field job in medical physics will be difficult without Finnish which I think may be a requirement considering the type of work in clinical environment. I mean it might be plus if the service person could actually communicate with the people at the clinic.
