I didn't know what "haltia" meant so tried Google Translate which tells me that "Tunnen itse haltiaksi" means "I feel myself dead." Admittedly, I forgot to type the the "ni" on "itseNI" but I can't see how that was relevant.
Thank goodness for Sanakirja.org, which says that "haltia" means "elf" or "fairy." Less dramatic but more reassuring. Now, why do you suppose Google is drawing a link between haltia and death?
