Does anyone have an experience how it will take to process an appeal against negative decision for residence permit based on family ties?

My wife not a Finnish Citizen and not a EU Citizen, She have a study residence permit.

What reason did Migri give for the negative decision? They have to tell a reason.

The appeal should be pretty straightforward then and settled relatively quickly. Student and family of student permits are handled much faster than others.
