Receiving pacakge by post from other EU country.

Hello, I need to receive a standard registered tracked postage parcel at my place in Finland from another EU country
Package will include personal belonging worth around 300 - 400 EUR or a bit more.

Will I have to pay import tax and/or VAT?

if so is it too much of a hassle? Will they make me run around between post office and customs office? Bureaucracy?

There is free movement of goods within the EU. This means, for example, not having to deal with customs.
