Helo,
I'm fileling for divorce of my ex. He is Finnish and I'm from another country. We don't have any children or property together so it looks like a simple case, but do I need a lawyer no matter what?
I have cheacked with migri about how the divorce will effect my status in Finland. They explained me everything I need to know, but how do I make the case with them? Where and when I should give them papers and documents?
Also, the circumstances of our seperation got ugly at the end. Tere was a violent incident and the police was envolved. I'm a bit afraid of him, if so happen and we run into each other somewhere. Where can I get info on that?
Thank you
Divorce
Re: Divorce
As there is no children nor property involved, then I can't see work for lawyer. You file for divorce and wait for six months and file again to finalize the divorce. Done.Lula wrote: ↑Thu Oct 04, 2018 7:19 amHelo,
