If I am writing to a Finnish woman in a professional capacity, and I don't know her marital status, is there a Finnish equivalent to the honorific Ms.? I have read that one may use Rouva/Neiti if one is unsure, but that seems rather clunky to my uneducated ear. Thoughts?

I wouldn't use neiti/rouva as it does sound clunky. How well you know the recipient?
