Take it to a shop doing windshield repairs, they'll know what's the best remedy.

If you have windscreen insurance, then ask your insurance for places to do it, as they will do direct invoicing, less hassle for you. If can be repaired there is no own risk payment and bonus is not affected.

Also put some take on the outside where is the scratch and don't use too much heating on the windscreen until you repair it.
