You have been overstaying for 20 days only, as after you apply for RP you can wait your decision legally in Finland if your spouse is Finnish or EU citizen. This is my case, even tho I've been illegal in Finland for about 9 months after my 90 days as a tourist. (I married my wife 20 days after my 90 days period ended). About 1 week after I proved my identity in the Migri office, I had to pay a cheap fine to the Police then everything was fine.

Hello again!
I posted here a couple times, a few months ago when I started the RP process with my husband.
Last night at around 7pm I received a request from migri (finally) to provide more information, or what they call a supplement request, which I read through and it is basically just the same questions that have already been answered in my application, lol. But I will comply with migri obviously, and answer my supplemental questions, no problem. So far they mentioned nothing about an interview, though I do have one pending issue. They have also requested that I send my divorce papers to be "legalized" with an Apostille certificate back to my country of origin (USA), and add those to my enterfinland account as well. I can have that done, no issues there, but I am unsure if it can be done within they time frame that they have requested. They said that they want all of this information by the 15.2.2019, but I'm not sure how long it will take for my papers to get back here to Finland. I tried calling the provided customer service number this morning and got a automated voice telling me that they are too busy to take my call.
Should I go ahead and submit my response to the questions, then add my divorce papers later? Or should I wait and just try to contact migri?
All in all I am happy to say that my application has now moved to the "in progress" stage.
