Self defense classes Espoo, not necessarily the whole martial art training thing..

Hello,

In my home country they do those flash courses that last several weeks, maybe month or two, teaching you basic self defense methods and the like.

I have a very hard time navigating the Finnish websites to try and find something similar here... I'm not really looking for any more in-depth martial art training.. Just how to get free and get away or how to effectively hit someone. If, after that, I'm still interested or hyped to learn more I can always join something more specific...

Yes, some bad experiences have prompted me to look for this kind of thing.

I found one post about this but it's from 2011 and didn't seem entirely relevant in terms of answers to what I was looking for.
