What happens when you appeal a negative TE office decision, and reapply as a special expert ( specialist ) at the same time ?
Will they treat each case differently or will they wait for the court's decision about the appeal ?

For the same job, but a different contract
I basically used to be a junior software developer but when i tot my masters degree they’ve changed my job title my duties and my salary,
Thaths why i was able te reapply again for the specialist permit.
