Trading in Finland

I just started looking into trading in Finland.
Just activated my trading account *book entry* in Nordea. However i see the buy or sell icon in investor.nordea.fi is disabled. Is it like only during trading hours we can purchase or sell stocks or how does it work.
Also is the tax of 30% flat on all profits or should we have to declare the same in tax and based on the tax bracket it will be done?
Any help is appreciated.

Capital gains are taxed separately.
