Can someone kindly tell

1. What is per hour wage of grocery collector kauppakassi keräilijä.
2. Is it tough job. How many items am I required to collect per hour.
3. do i have to collect for many customers at the same time or its collecting for one customer at a time?
4.What I am struggling to understand is s kauppa is charging 5,90 for collection. But an order may include 10 items or 100 items, How is this gonna work?

The normal margin on the items stays the same.
When you buy for 200 Euro in the supermarket that's 150 Euro it cost the supermarket to buy the products, and 50 Euro margin for rent/salaries/profits/...
The same as delivery order is a 55,90 Euro margin, so longer collection does not create a loss for the supermarket.

Many online shops waive delivery fees on large orders - the per item margin make huge orders so much more profitable that they happily pay the few Euro shipment costs.

I've seen them in the shop with 2 shopping carts pulling and pushing. It looked very inconvenient to me.

But what I fail to understand is that if there is an order of for example 100euros and I have to pick 40 items in an hour and I cost them 13euro/hour and they charge customer 5,9/order so lets say 7 euro subsidy or discount from margin.
BUT
if there is an order of for example 250 euros and I have to pick 110 items and it takes me 3hours and I cost them 13euro x 3= 39 euro (for three hours)and they still charge customer 5,9/order so 33 euro(39-5,9) subsidy or discount from margin??

And yes picking 100 items does take 3hours, I have asked the ladies with whom I worked on my first day,

With 25% margin (which is not a high estimate) there would be 62,5 Euro margin.
That's 30 Euro margin left to cover other expenses.

Customers coming to the supermarket might be more profitable, but it sounds plausible to me that the supermarket does not make a loss with this.

A 100 item list is a big customer. It doesn't matter if the € 5,90 isn't enough. There still is a basic profit. Good service prevents this customer from going to another shop. The local shop offers me a 10% discount for my business. So there is some wiggle room.
And 100 items in 3 hours is not realistic. For someone who knows the content of the shop, it should take less than half.

Actually yes 100 item does take 3 hours, witnessed it my self, employees who do shelving during the day, pick items early morning.
