Quarantine upon arrival

I am traveling back from germany to finland. how long will i have to be in quarantine? how is the quarantine managed in finland? does the border guard give you some sort of notice or something? also do i need to do coronavirus testing before landing in finland?

Test at airport on arrival and then after 72h and you are done.

Yes. Depends of your arrival time you may wait from 10 min to hours... If for example a Qatar flight just arrived at the same time but is possible to make the test in any other place is not mandatory to be at airport. Also, don't use public transportation from airport, even many will do it...

Border guards will only ask about your status in Finland, if you are not having Finnish passport or residence here you are not allowed to enter. Prepare to have with you extra documention on your stay in Finland.

I will coming in Finland for the first time

,but i got work residence permit in embassy, but I dont know if Covid Test will be free for me in airport..?
maybe it's better to do a test in my state one day before i leave ??

You don't need to test before arrival and test is free for anyone. You only need a mobile number to be able to get the result.
