Looking for long lost uncle

I recently found out I have a long lost uncle. I don't know if he was given up for adoption or if he was raised by his mother.

His name is Kaarlo Matias Kiviranta. Born April 19th, 1946.

I have very limited information about him other than the information above and that his father's name was Pauli Ojaksela.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!
