Mämmi, juustoleipä are the first two that come immediately to mind.

I think I found a way to get leipäjuusto in England, but not mämmi. I mean I didn't try hard.

Plain salmiakki pastilles are probably easy to get, but not salmiakki ice-cream or salmiakki cheesecake or salmiakki yoghurt or any of the things that are readily available here.

There's a cafe that seems to be selling those https://www.yelp.com/biz/finnish-church-shop-london

These days, there's not much that isn't available online, e.g. https://suomikauppa.fi/en/ , https://www.scandikitchen.co.uk/product-tag/finland/ etc. Ingredients-wise I'm assuming pretty much everything can be bought (somewhere) in the UK.

Fresh ready-made dishes obviously would have to have at least some demand, so that there's sense in making and selling those, there are foods that are only regionally or periodically available even in Finland.

That shop in the Merimieskirkko is pretty good, but they only really have a wide selection during the Christmas fair.
