Gym prices

Post by rio » Wed Aug 14, 2019 8:44 am

Hi!

There used to be Fresh Fitness gym with offer of ~19,99€/month. I think now its owned by Elixia and their prices have up to 60€/month. Is there any other gym with lower prices in the Helsinki?

I'd guess you'll get even lower prices if you take 12 months instead of monthly. Eg. first hit I got in google: https://unisport.fi/sites/default/files ... 8-2019.pdf

Visa is for visiting, Residence Permit for residing.

Easyfit and fitness24seven have similar prices, and neither require long term commitment, AFAIK. There's also a few other local gyms with similar prices ( 20 to 30) or even cheaper if you commit for long period.

Helsinki city also has 12 gyms, with similar or lower prices, but their condition and quality of machines/weights may be questionable. They also may be crowded (eg. Töölö) or subject to exceptional opening times (eg. Ruskeasuo used to be such). On the upperside you can buy single or multi-visit passes (at a discount), and easily investigate if these are suitable for you.

Of course, there are cheaper gyms, but most likely, they are located far from the city center.
