Does anybody have experience renewing residence permit while waiting for citizenship?

I've been waiting for citizenship for 13 months (still stage 1), and my current RP expires in a month. I've applied for RP renewal in the beginning of March but that one also idles in queue even though the case is pretty straightforward - last time it was renewed in one day.

Any ideas what is going on? They don't want to do the RP renewal because they are going to grant citizenship soon? Or should I worry that I will end up with expired RP & henkilökortti etc?

Hey! Reneval of residence permit depends on what ground you’re renewing for in that case they need the investigation to it. Those family ties get in one day and other titles are if permit granted for according to Job. The new term and condition if I am correct application will be checked.Somebody I know She or He got the citizenship while they are permits were for a renewal.

I have calculated the all the fone bill to connect to the costumer server is between 20-30 minutes. It’s costing me 5.49e one calling in year it’s a 376e just the fone them sometimes it’s impossible to connect. I did today one more call that same blab blab I now give up.I have to wait until they wish to fine me decision horrible experience I never had before.

The income requirement for specialists has changed as of 23 February 2023. From this date forward, your gross salary must be no less than 3,473 euros per month. Fringe benefits are not taken into account when assessing whether the income requirement is met. in that reason they need to investigate your in come bfore the renewal of permit they have access to Tulorekisteri to provide a full assessment on. Or you must submit clarification of income yourself.

I am waiting for 10 months now for the citizenship, applied to renew my residence permit on the first week of April. Last time it was granted after 2 weeks.

The term 'a few' doesn't have a precise meaning, although it is sometimes taken to mean three. 'A few' is basically a small number, more than two but not much more.

If somebody tells me that something will be done in a few weeks and I trust them, I would take it to mean about 3 weeks, possibly 4 or 5 but not more than that. If they thought it would be about two weeks they'd have said 'a couple of weeks'. If they thought it would be about 6 weeks but couldn't be sure, they might say 'one or two months' or possibly 'several weeks'.

İt was March 3. Two weeks from today is April 19 I would take 'in a few weeks', with no further qualification, to be some time in the first half of May.

Now if you didn't trust the source, it could mean almost anything, especially if they're running late with a commitment, for example they said they'd be ready 'in a few weeks' 3 weeks ago. I'd press for an actual date.
