Hi! I will exchange my foreigner drivers license to Finnish drivers license but I don’t know where to get the medical certificate. Before that, I was employed and I was using Terveystalo occupational health but since I am not working anymore I am under Kela coverage. I have never used kela card before and I don’t know which clinic or hospital should I go. Can anyone have knowledge about this? Where can I obtain this certificate?

You can go to any doctor and ask for this certificate I think-a GP at Terveystalo would be fine. No big deal.
