Cookbook tips

Hello everyone, I'm working on a Finnish/Dutch Lapland cookbook. The question to you which traditional dishes / recipes should not be missing in this cookbook? And I'm looking for a short catchy Finnish book title.

Dishes with reindeer (meat, blood, bone/marrow) would be essential in any Lapland cookbook, one should consider whether the intended audience has realistic access to that. One can of course suggest to use e.g. venison instead, but that wouldn't be the same, reindeer being integral to the culture. Certain wild berries and mushrooms might be hard to come by as well.

You can find traditional Finnish dishes listed in perinneruoka. Specifically Lapin maakunta for dishes from Lapland.
