I am curious about dark web and how does stuff work there. Is it safe to browse the dark websites using Tor? Will I get a police alert/warning if I try to do so? Or, will DNA suspend my internet connection??

Accessing the dark web and using Tor is legal. The legality of your actions otherwise do not depend on whether done in the dark web or not (i.e., what is illegal outside the dark web, is also illegal in it).
